When Sotheby’s realtor Kim Lucas launched her own company, St. Croix Island Life Real Estate, we were there!

We worked over the company’s 10-year life to build and grow their brand. Finally, after more than $150 million in real estate transactions, Kim sold the company bringing a successful chapter, and a brand we were proud to help build, to a close.
