When Sotheby’s realtor Kim Lucas launched her own company, St. Croix Island Life Real Estate, we were there! We worked with Kim to build and grow her brand. And, after 10 profitable years, and more than $150 million in real estate transactions, Kim sold the company to Sea Glass Properties, bringing a successful chapter, and a brand we were proud to help build, to a close.
